WeGather is an amazingly simple tool to organize my church

How does signup work?

Our system does not require a credit card or any payment details to sign up. As long as you stay under 50 online users in your church, your church will never be charged. If your church has more than 50 online users, you will be billed at the above rates. WeGather will contact you for your payment details when your church has more than 50 online users. You will have a 30 day grace period to complete payment.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes - Our system will automatically change your plan for you based upon the number of users in your system. We will send you a 15 day advanced notice when upgrading or downgrading your account.

Does WeGather allow advertisers on the community site?

Absolutely not. At WeGather, our belief is that advertising has no place on your site. You will not see any advertising on your site. We earn our money from your subscription fees, not from advertisers. You control all content on your site, not us.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. WeGather is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. WeGather requires no payment details until after your church has signed up for WeGather and has more than 50 users. You will have the option to pay by credit card or to pay via check.

Are there any bandwidth or storage fees?

No. WeGather only charges you based upon the number of users in your system. We have no hidden extra charges for the bandwidth consumed or for the amount of data that you have stored on our servers.

What type of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We can also arrange to invoice you directly if preferred.

Our state-of-the-art computer servers are portected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. Our product software and infrastructure are updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall and all WeGather plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.
