Secure Groups
You have 100% control over who joins your website. The only way someone can join your website is for you to invite them. You can choose whether or not to allow uninvited users to request access. There is no other way to join, and there is no way for an uninvited user to see any of your organization’s data or content.
Secure Login
Access is password protected. A temporary password is issued with each invitation and expires after one use. Upon first log-in, each user is prompted to enter a new password of their choosing and the temporary password expires.
No Data Lost – Ever!
All of your organization’s data on the website is stored on an extremely secure server and backed up at regular intervals. No data will ever be lost due to computer crashes, etc.
