Personalized Calendars
Every user sees a personalized view of the calendar with only their group events on it! Events are coded to show which group posted them. Since each group is in charge of updating its own events, there are no more outdated calendars floating around, waiting for someone else to make changes.
Church-wide Events
There are also events all groups can see, which can be added only by the Site Administrator(s). Common entries include things that the whole congregation is invited to, such as “Easter Sunday Services” or “Annual Picnic”.
Event Invitations
Every event has the option to request an RSVP from users who can see the event. You can determine if you want everyone to be able to see the responses, or if you’d rather the responses remain private so that only the Administrator can see them. Users enter their RSVP as Yes, No, or Maybe and may type a comment if they wish.
